For Sellers . . . I am a full-service agent and when I list your property, I will be 100% responsible for the marketing of your home. I will set the listing up in the MLS, capture the best photos of your home, provide colored brochures which will be kept in a brochure box next to the listing sign, be readily available for showings and open houses, negotiate offers, and be present for inspections if necessary and the appraisal. I work with Sellers to come up with a personalized marketing plan customized for their home.
